Preamble
Naes places responsibility, equity, and diversity at the core of its collaborative model.
As a flexible company operating through a network of freelancers and specialized partners, Naes is committed to maintaining a professional environment that is respectful, inclusive, and based solely on skills—without distinction of gender, age, origin, or personal circumstances.
1. General Principles
Naes applies the principles of equal treatment and non-discrimination in accordance with the French Labour Code, the European Charter for Equality, and the Public Procurement Code.
All collaboration decisions are based exclusively on:
- technical skills,
- professional contribution and reliability,
- motivation,
- and alignment with the project’s values and requirements.
2. Gender Equality
Women represent approximately 40% of Naes’ annual freelance collaborations, and men 60%.
Selection decisions are never made on the basis of gender.
Equal pay is guaranteed for equivalent roles and responsibilities.
Any sexist behaviour, harassment, or act undermining professional dignity leads to immediate termination of the collaboration.
3. Diversity and Inclusion
Naes values the richness of diverse backgrounds and professional paths.
Projects regularly involve collaborators from a wide range of profiles: young freelancers, experienced professionals, people in career transition, and workers with disabilities.
Each collaboration is regarded as a unique contribution to a collective intelligence.
4. Anti-Discrimination Policy
Naes is firmly committed to preventing any discrimination based on gender, age, origin, disability, orientation, religion, or any personal attribute.
These principles are embedded within:
- contract clauses signed by partners and freelancers,
- selection and subcontracting procedures,
- and institutional communication materials.
5. Awareness and Exemplarity
Each member of the Naes network is informed of the ethical and legal obligations related to diversity and equality.
Naes promotes a culture of awareness and mutual responsibility, ensuring early detection and correction of any situation that contradicts these values.
6. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
An annual review of collaborations is carried out to monitor progress on gender balance and diversity within the network.
Results are used to refine recruitment, partner selection, and communication practices.
The charter is reviewed annually and remains publicly available on the Naes website.
7. Public Commitment
By endorsing this charter, Naes reaffirms its commitment to:
- promoting equal opportunities,
- maintaining a respectful and inclusive professional environment,
- and valuing diversity as a driver of innovation and cohesion.
